By Commissioning Me, You Acknowledge That You Have Read and Agree to My Terms of Service

1.) You Must Be 18 Years or Older to Commission Me

Given the nature of my work, I do not conduct business with minors. You must be 18 years of age or older to request a commission quote from me.

2.) I Have the Right to Refuse Service

I have the right to refuse service for any reason, at any point, without explanation. Any payments made shall be refunded should I chose terminate my services.

3.) I Retain All Rights to the Commission

I retain all rights to the commission which includes but is not limited to: distribution, reproduction, and promotion. I do not gain rights to the character(s) depicted.

4.) Commissions are for Personal Use Only

You are not to distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from a commission. Inquiries about Commercial Purpose Commission should be explicitly stated and agreed upon under new terms of service.

5.) You May Terminate the Commission at Any Point

If for any reason your dissatisfied or need to cancel your commission, I will stop all progress on the commission and give you what work I have done up to that point. I will not resume work on the commission.

6.) All Payments Are Final

I will not refund any payment I have received after the commission has been agreed upon and started. Term 2 is the only exception to this rule.

7.) You May Not Create Derivative Works or Claim My Work as Your Own

You may not alter, trace, or copy my work to claim as your own. Additionally, you may not remove my signature from any of my works.

8.) Do Not Use My Work for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or NFT Purposes

I do not consent to my work being used in the creation, distribution, or training of AI Generated materials or NFT art.

9.) You May Share the Finished Commission so Long as Proper Credits are Given

You can share the finished commission on social media, online galleries, forums, or your own website so long as I am credited as the artist. These credits may include the following: my pen name Zen Fetcher, a link to my website zenfetcher.com, or a link to my profiles on Patreon, Fur Affinity, and Bluesky under the same pen name 'ZenFetcher'.

Step 1: Submitting a Free Quote

To submit a quote, start by selecting the commission type you're interested in. The commission type's expanded page will provide a brief description of its features as well as three example images and a commission form. Fill out the form as completely as possible, including a visual reference of your character and a description of your commission idea in the appropriate boxes. After adding any optional details, select 'Add to Bag' and Proceed to Checkout to submit your quote.

Step 2: Entering the Commission Queue

Once your quote has been submitted, it will be placed in a waiting list pending acceptance. From there, I will contact you via email to provide an invoice as I've accepted your request, inquire more information about your request, or inform you that your request had been rejected.

Step 3: Payment

I will send a Paypal Invoice to the email you provided. The invoice will list the costs of the commission and allow you to pay with either your Paypal account, debit, or credit card. Partial payments are allowed but all Work In Progress updates you receive will be low resolution and contain a watermark until the invoice is fully paid.

Step 4: Approval to Completion

Once I've received payment, I will begin working on your commission and providing you a Work In Progress for approval. With your approval, I will then work to complete your commission and email you a high resolution PNG and an upload friendly JPG of your finished commission.
